The Nation of Gods and Earths (N.G.E.) — I could not find any photographic
evidence of this flag as such (neither ersatz nor in the cloth), but the emblem
has widespead use as a medallion (see e.g.

At
http://cornerofknowledge.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/4432.jpg a photo of
an actual hardcopy emblem. It features an eight-pointed black and yellow faceted
star with the main compass directions twice longer, charged with a white disc
bearing a thin yellow crescent pointing to the left of the viewer with a small
black star between its tips and a large bold black seven overall. The whole is
inscribed on a disc (white or transparent) itself circled in a black rim bearing
the words "In the name of", above, and "the Gods and Earths" (or "Allah" or
"Allah and justice"), below, in white capitals.
According to [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five-Percent_Nation], the symbolism of the crescent is (curiously) the Earth, which means women, “the Earths”, while the men are “the Gods” — hence the name of this denomination. I could not find the reason behind the seven, but it is likely that it refers to the the attribution to the number 7 of the concept of God (and Gods — men) according to “Supreme Mathematics”, NGE’s take on Numerology. (Unlikely that it refers to the NoI temple #7 in Harlem, New York, whence N.G.E. stemmed in 1963.)
